  Summary
  This role is responsible for overseeing both accounting and financial functions, with a strong emphasis on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The position plays a critical role in reporting to headquarters, developing forward-looking cost projections, and formulating mid- to long-term financial plans.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Prepare and submit regular financial reports and analysis to headquarters (HQ)
  - Consolidate and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results from a management perspective
  - Forecast and calculate future costs, including manpower, capital expenditure, and working capital
  - Develop and maintain mid- to long-term financial plans and budgets (3–5 years)
  - Perform budget vs. actual analysis and identify variances with improvement recommendations
  - Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability
  - Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis for new projects and investments
  - Lead and supervise the accounting team, overseeing daily accounting and month-end closing
  - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies
  - Partner with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
