  Lead industrial design initiatives for furniture and related products, combining creativity with functionality.
  Manage and guide the R&D team to develop innovative concepts and continuous improvements (Kaizen).
  
  -Drive the design and development of both new and existing furniture products for industrial, commercial, and domestic clients.
  -Evaluate and integrate key design factors such as cost, materials, production, technology, safety, trends, and ergonomics.
  -Apply Kaizen methods to achieve an optimal balance between innovation and usability.
  -Oversee 3D/2D modeling, prototyping, and design validation while ensuring technical accuracy and quality assurance.
  -Collaborate cross-functionally with customers and internal departments throughout the product realization process.
  -Manage the design team, maintain documentation confidentiality, and lead special R&D projects to achieve departmental goals.
