• 仕事内容

  1) Responsible for monthly sales invoice(revenue) and purchase order(PO) forecast in line with annual sales target and KPI target settings.
  2) Keep track and follow up potential project status (with required & relevant data) and update project pipeline for reporting and submission projects as well as market trend & competitors' movement in the market.
  3) Constantly keep immediate superior posted on project follow-up status, highlight challenges & opportunity and keep track of new and potential to immediate superior.
  4) Work together with M&E consultants and specify company's product favourable to us in new projects during designing stage.
  5) Build and maintain close working relationship and effective communication with M&E consultants, developers/owners and distributors.
  6) Monitor project execution between factory and distributor's project team after receiving new order from distributors.
  7) Be proactive in deploying EXACT CRM in daily planning & reporting (inclusive of business calendar for appointments, customer & project input)
  8) To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.
  9) To deliver the result within value system of company.
  10) And any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior / HOD / MD from time to time.
