    We are looking for designers who possess a consulting and strategic mindset, and who can contribute to achieving our business objectives.

    1, UX/UI Design Planning & Execution
    - Conduct research, analysis, and design for User Experience (UX).
    - Design user interfaces (UI) for web services, mobile applications, and digital products.
    2, Digital Product Development Support
    - Contribute to the entire development process, from concept planning and design prototyping to validation.
    - Work closely with the engineering team to direct the implementation of the design.
    3, Contribution to Global Projects
    - Handle design tasks for global projects, collaborating with other FOURDIGIT offices, including those in Japan.
    - Propose design solutions that meet the needs of multinational teams and clients.
    4, Brand Vision & Strategy Support
    -Support the formulation of organizational/corporate vision and brand building through the design of services and products.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    -Having experience of UX design for 5years more.
    -Ability to undertake long-term business trips to Japan and other branch offices is required.
    or
    -Having experience of UX design for 1years more.
    -Having N3 level above Japanese skills.
    -Ability to undertake long-term business trips to Japan and other branch offices is required.\

    -Experience working at a Japanese company.

    - Salary: RM5,000~6,000
    - Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
    - Probation Period: 3 months
    - AL (Per Year): 8 – 12 days for employees with less than 2 years of service (Varies based on position/grade).
    - MC (Per Year): 14 days
    Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS are provided.
    - Medical/Dental Benefits: Outpatient and Specialist Medical allowance (RM500.00) and Dental allowance (RM500.00) are provided.
    - Insurance: Employees with 2 or more years of service are covered under the company's Group Hospitalization and Surgical Insurance scheme.
    - Travel Allowance: Provided for both domestic and international business trips (Daily allowance/Per Diem is also provided).
    - Transportation Claim: Mileage claims are permitted at RM 0.8 per km for private cars and RM 0.5 per km for motorcycles. Toll and parking fees can be claimed based on actual costs incurred.
    - Company Mobile Phone: Provided as necessary.
