  Utilizing project management experience, you will oversee the entire development process of logistics facilities — from planning and design to construction and handover. You will collaborate with developers, general contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  (1) Project management duties related to the development, planning, and launch of logistics facilities and other assets (2) Providing advisory and consulting services related to the operation and management of logistics facilities and other assets
  (3) Involvement in architectural planning and design for logistics facilities and other assets (Including the preparation of design drawings)
  (4) Performing other related and ancillary tasks as required
