    Key Responsibilities:
    -Support HR tasks: recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking
    -Handle basic accounting: invoice processing, payment tracking, bookkeeping
    -General admin: office supply management, document filing, scheduling, visitor support
    -Report to Director[Japan]

    [Must]
    -5 years of experience in advertising operations, media management, or campaign planning in the advertising industry.
    -Experience or knowledge in finance, HR, or other administrative functions, or those with a strong willingness to take on such responsibilities.
    -Japanese N2 level above
    -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
