    We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the Northern area. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market share in the Northern area, managing a team of sales personnel, and achieving sales targets.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales personnel to achieve the company budget.
    - Provide coaching and accompany salespersons on customer visits to understand customer and market situations.
    - Set sales goals, targets, and develop strategic plans to help salespersons achieve set targets.
    - Conduct one-on-one reviews with salespersons to understand the business pipeline, business forecast, and support -needed.
    - Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and achievement metrics for senior management.
    - Analyze sales data, customer purchase patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in a managerial position with a proven sales track record. Preferably, candidates with experience in leading more than 3 direct reporting sales personnel.
    - Experience in working with warehousing, packaging, automation, machinery, and consumables for the manufacturing and packaging industries is an added advantage.
    - Experience in client presentations with knowledge/experience in selling values and solutions to the company’s needs.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships.
    - Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
    - Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
    - Availability to travel as needed.
