  < JOB SUMMARY >
  - Lead and drive the overall Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality division as well as to provide strategic directions on improvement activities related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, safety and talent development in order to be globally competitive.
  - Also responsible in managing total controllable expenses and investment within budget to ensure business profitability.
  
  < KEY RESPONSIBILITIES >
  • To lead and develop manufacturing operation strategy to continually improve Q, C and D in order to be globally competitive and ensure good customer service.
  • To set target through benchmarking with subsidiaries company and competitors to ensure above mission will always met.
  • Drive and manage daily production achievement activities to ensure monthly production plan in terms of quantity and amount (revenue) could be achieved.
  • Drive and manage the quality improvement activities through weekly and monthly quality meeting organized by Quality control department to ensure company quality KPI could be achieved.
  • Drive and manage manufacturing division improvement activities such as human productivity up, lead time reduction, DOI reduction and material consumption reduction through monthly meeting coordinated by production departments (APD and TPD) to ensure the Company monthly and yearly KPI could be achieved.
  • Drive and manage engineering division improvement activities such as OEE up, FCost reduction, NPI, Material, Maintenance, Utility, Labor cost down through weekly and monthly meeting coordinated by engineering departments. (AED, TED, PED and FMD) to ensure the Company monthly and yearly KPI could be achieved.
  • Monitor monthly manpower movement for direct and indirect in the monthly manpower meeting organized by HRD and to assist in manpower recruitment strategy to ensure sufficient resources available for executing monthly production plan.
  • Hold a role as the Company COGS leader to supervise and manage company cost down improvement activities coordinated by CPD to ensure monthly and yearly COSG KPI could be achieved. Also, to ensure monthly COGS report to REL PTU COGS team is prepared accordingly.
  • Based on guidelines from the headquarters, formulate mid-term plan such as production strategies, factory operation policies, and QCD improvement plans, promote improvement activities, and ensure that targets are achieved for each set milestone.
  • Hold a role as the Company Vice Chairman of Safety Health and Environment Committee members to supervise monthly S.H.E KPI in the monthly S.H.E meeting organized by Safety Health and Environment Committee coordinator to ensure all safety and environments rules and regulation are complied.
