  1. Driving new business and develop sales in Sea & Air Freight and be accountable for the growth of profit in line with the sales target
  2. Responsible for leading and managing the tender process
  2. Support the Sales team and Customer Relation and Operations Department in the setting-up of NVOCC solutions
  3. Ensure all related compliance requirements are fulfilled in collaboration with other business units.
  4. To build relationships with all related vendors, suppliers and customers to obtain regular updated information
  5. Performing vendor risk and performance review
  6. Involved in staff coaching and development
