  You will be in charge of Operation Manager at the retail company.
  
  Job details :
  - Management of all retail activities along with managing employees and reaching goals.
  - Handles any conflicts and ensure all scheduling needs are met which may mean regularly visiting retail locations to evaluate employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  - Oversee the merchandising of products across retail stores, liaise with supervisor to set up visually appealing layout for store merchandise.
  - Working hand in hand with Mall landlords.
  - Travelling within branches in Malaysia
  - Other miscellaneous jobs in need
