• 仕事内容

  * Ensures server performance and maintains applications on servers
  * Problem solving and documentation of current and new servers in both physical and virtual environments
  * Performs and oversees continuous system health checks, user administration, and application of patches and upgrades
  * Performs data management services, server tuning, and directory services maintenance
  * Key person to manage windows AD/DC (Domain Controller), Cisco Router, Cisco Switch and Exchange server
  * Perform hands -on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software
  * Provide IT maintenance support on Desktop, Printer, network, OS and other IT equipment
  * Manage IT network, data backup and recovery, IT securities (E.g Antivirus) and important software license renewal for different users in the
  company
  *Prepare timely incident and Project Progress Reports whenever required
  * Initiate proposal on IT policies and prepare user-friendly IT user manual
  * Conduct basic IT Training and Prepare IT training materials
  * Main liaison person for all IT technical and IT asset procurement matters
