Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.11. Plan for employee’s performance appraisal, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.12. To supervise Accounts and Admin/HR staffs on daily job function.13. Preferably Japanese speaker who can assist Japanese Managing Director in banking matters.14. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
