- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all parties involved. Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and ensure project deadlines are met. - Organize, attend and participate in project meetings, and record minutes- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports- Designing and controlling the project schedule- Develop project startegies.- Analyse and assess project risks and opportunities and provide solution when applicable.- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. - Assist and support the Lead Project Manager in overseeing projects and guiding Junior members. - Help prepare project budgets- Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa whenever necessary- Provide contect and terminology support to interpreters in meetings.- Convey message accurately from Japanese to English and vice versa in meetings or discussions.
