-Patient's education ie. consultation-Patient's registration, appointment scheduling and follow-up-Coordinating and scheduling surgeries-Attend to patients needs-Ensure smooth patients flow -Assist in marketing activities such as roadshows occasionally (applicable only when MKN/KKM SOP open up)-Statistics report

* To maintain existing sales and to develop new customers.* Deliver correct product knowledge to assist customers to earn more profit or ease their jobs.* To cooperate with team members, like veterinarians and lab to provide satisfactory services for the customers.* To do collection after the sales.* To collect market information and report to the Management.
