1. Design & Concept Development: • Create visually compelling designs for various print materials, including flyers, posters, brochures, and other marketing collateral. • Research and develop design concepts aligned with project goals and branding strategies. • Incorporate typography, color schemes, style, and other visual elements using industry-standard tools and technologies. • Develop and present design concepts and ideas to relevant stakeholders, including team members, clients, and superiors. • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final approval from relevant parties.2. Print Production: • Create print-ready files and manage digital color separations for print production. • Research, specify, and procure printing equipment, systems, and supplies as needed. • Ensure designs are optimized for the intended print process, maintaining high standards of quality and color accuracy. • Oversee the print production process to ensure color matching, ink consistency, and overall print quality. • Approve materials for print production and coordinate with printing and mailing teams to ensure timely delivery.3. Quality Control: • Perform quality checks throughout the design and production phases to ensure all materials meet established standards.• Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure all projects align with branding, marketing, and communication strategies. • Consistently deliver creative solutions that solve visual design challenges while adhering to project deadlines.4. Collaboration & Communication: • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive design deliverables across all projects. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and design insights. • Effectively manage time and multiple projects, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and ensuring timely delivery. • Stay up to date with the latest trends in printing technologies, software tools, and design techniques.5. Project Management: • Maintain schedules for print jobs and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetary guidelines. • Manage external vendors and contractors involved in the printing and mailing process. • Ensure that all printing jobs meet quality standards and project requirements.

- Create, manage & produce digital design solutions for a variety of uses (motion graphic, animation, multimedia, etc.)- Develop marketing materials for new media (social media, presentation, etc.)- Interpret concepts into a design that will deliver an effective digital user experience.- Responsible for seeing projects through to completion, from concept, design to digital production within deadlines.- Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving, organizational & time-management skills.- Handle multiple jobs/projects; prioritize work with excellent time management & work independently.- Work closely with Marketing team to understand requirements & execute assigned design projects from concept to production.- Create storyboards for animation, motion graphic & multimedia.- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for projects.- Encode, convert & edit videos and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.- Train and guide other graphic designers in the use of animation software.- Keep abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.

- Work closely with Marketing team to understand requirements & execute assigned design projects fromconcept to production.- Develop marketing materials for both printed & new media.- Handle multiple jobs/projects; prioritize work with excellent time management & work independently.- Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving, organisational & time management skills.- Brainstorm with team to produce great creative idea/concept- Manage projects from concept, design to production within deadlines.- Planning & managing internal timeline to meet deadlines.- Capture requirements, translate & develop into visual design.- Produce any related design layout & illustrate graphic vector- Design suitable to related ideas.- Develop Final Artwork (FA) for print production.- Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.- Mock-up design before final publication.- Image touch-up.- Coordinate & liaise with suppliers & printers.- Assist in Chinese translation & proof-reading, if apply.
