工作内容

• Deal directly with customers by telephone & face to face.• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.• Handle and resolve customer complaints.• Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking stocks on the shelves.• Product scanning.• Packing and Shipping related work.• Responsible for stock take.• Checking and updating stock inventory in the warehouse.• Loading / Unloading products (Truck / Container)• Ensure items kept in the store are maintained and protected from damage or loss including stock control• Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given• Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
