【Key Accountabilities】- Monitor, coach, motivate and guide sales team (individual and overall performance) towards achieving sales target.- Recruit, hire and train to ensure a performing sale teams.- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales team.- Assist in setting sales target and devising sales remuneration scheme for sales team.- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.- Assist in stock management (ordering and allocation).- Compile regular report for dealership management to review.- Collaborate with marketing team in planning, conducting and monitoring all marketing activities (i.e. roadshow, canvassing, customer networking, digital advertising, etc.) to promote sales and alleviate company image.- Regularly conduct market surveys (i.e. current automotive market, competitors' information, latest regulation, etc.) and report to management.- To liaise with Principle of all key matters related to sales and operations.- Attend monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and other ad-hoc meeting with Principle.
