- Strategic Business Development & Sales Expansion (90% New Customer Acquisition): Proactively identify and engage potential new customers to drive sales growth. Responsible for market research, initial contact, relationship building, and converting prospects into long-term clients.- Quotation & Order Management: Prepare accurate quotations tailored to customer needs and efficiently process orders.- Product Delivery Coordination: Oversee and facilitate timely product delivery to customers, coordinating closely with logistics, inventory, and delivery partners.- Team Support (Non-Management): Actively contribute to team goals, support colleagues, and share best practices.- Internal Japanese Communication: Daily communication with Japanese-speaking internal staff. Fluent spoken Japanese is essential; reading and writing skills are not strictly required.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Penang (Kulim)
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Kedah State Public Holidays (approx. 20 days per year).
Weekend Work/Overtime: Weekend work is generally not required. Time-off-in-lieu will be granted if working on a rest day is necessary.
Annual Raise Rate: Company average of 5% (rate varies based on individual performance).
