The Implementation and Technical Engineer plays a hybrid role encompassing both project execution and technical support responsibilities. System Deployment & Integration:• Lead and support the installation and configuration of Enterprise Imaging systems, including PACS, VNA, and 3D modules, at customer sites.• Implement hardware infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) and software components, ensuring compatibility with HIS/RIS and other clinical systems.• Configure systems to meet healthcare data security, redundancy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).2. Technical Support & Maintenance:• Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote technical support during and post-deployment phases.• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on systems to ensure optimal uptime.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving DICOM, HL7, network, and system performance.3. Client Engagement & Customization:• Engage directly with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective configurations and solutions.• Customize systems to meet clinical workflow and compliance needs based on site-specific requirements.4.
