■ JOB OVERVIEWAs a Manufacturing Manager, you will lead large-scale, labor-intensive manufacturing operations to achieve high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.You will oversee multi-shift production operations, ensure operational stability, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.■ RESPONSIBILITIESOverall• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including cutting, crimping, sub-assembly, final assembly, and inspection processes• Manage large workforce across multiple shifts, including operators, line leaders, and supervisors• Ensure achievement of production targets (daily, weekly, monthly) with effective manpower deployment• Drive operational discipline, standardization, and adherence to work practices• Optimize manpower utilization, attendance, and workforce flexibility (multi-skilling, skill matrix)• Drive productivity improvement (labor efficiency, output per hour, cycle time)• Control direct labor cost, overtime, absenteeism, and attrition• Lead line balancing, takt time improvement, and capacity optimization• Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. IATF/ISO) and customer requirements• Drive defect reduction, customer complaint prevention, and structured problem-solving initiatives• Promote strong shopfloor safety culture and zero-incident mindset• Manage manufacturing cost including labor, scrap, and consumables• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke)• Monitor KPIs and drive performance through structured review and escalation processes• Develop and coach supervisors and team leaders to improve capability and performance• Manage industrial relations issues in a labor-intensive environment• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, PC&L, Quality, Maintenance, HR) to ensure smooth operationsEnvironment, Health & Safety (EHS)• Comply with company EHS policies and support site EHS objectives and targets• Ensure compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible working environment• Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and hazards• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions• Promote safety awareness, safe behavior, and continuous EHS improvement
