今回のポジションは、大手WEB企業から依頼されたプロジェクトです。世界的な動画サイトに投稿された日本語のコンテンツ（動画）が、基準上問題がないか、審査を担当する方を募集しています。動画や音声、画像などの投稿コンテンツをチェックし、日本市場のポリシーに反する内容がないか確認する仕事です。業界未経験者でも、入社後の研修により仕事に関する知識を着実に深めることができます。子供から大人まで様々な人が日常的に楽しむ動画サイトですが、そこに基準に反する動画が流れては、安心して楽しむ事ができません。今や代表的な娯楽となった動画サイトの安全を守る仕事といえます。-----業務内容-----・SNSコンテンツに関するコメント、チャット、ビデオ、オーディオ、画像などのオンラインコンテンツの確認・ウェブサイト上のコンテンツの更新・日々のメンバーとのコミュニケーション・定例でのミーティング参加・アップデートされた情報のインプット、更新業務※フォロワー数を増やすための煽り動画などをチェックしていただくお仕事です。★魅力★・カスタマーサポートではないので、電話やメールでタイムリーに顧客対応する必要がありません。・英語は業務で使用しないです・研修が充実しています。・実務経験が無くても応募できます。・社内システムが体系化されているため、質の高い顧客対応をしていただけます。
