Job OverviewWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test and implement electrical equipment, components and system for industrial cold rooms.Key Responsibilities- System Design: • Create electrical schematics, components, and control panels using computer-aided design (CAD) software • PLC programming work for the overall control system for projects. • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate systems.- Testing and Quality: Run tests to verify the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems and products.- Project Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the installation processes to ensure compliances.- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with power distribution, wiring, or programmable logic controllers (PLCs).- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, bills of materials (BOM), and equipment specifications.Working Conditions- Environment: Time divided between an office desk and construction sites.- Mobility: May require travel & overnights to various regional or overseas project locations.- Physical Demand: Ability to climb scaffolding and walk rugged site terrain- Safety: Wearing full PPE is mandatory during frequent site inspections.
