• Account Management o Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. o Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly. o Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.• Sales & Marketing o Promote and position company products effectively in existing and new markets. o Cultivate new customer accounts and explore new market opportunities, both locally and internationally. o Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and close deals at appropriate pricing. o Participate in exhibitions and trade shows, managing the planning and execution of such events. o Develop and maintain marketing tools including the company website, brochures, and product presentations.• Market Intelligence & Strategy o Serve as a vital link between customers, the market, and internal teams by sharing feedback and market insights. o Identify industry trends and customer needs to develop strategies that ensure competitiveness.• Operational Coordination o Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. o Engage in technical discussions as necessary to align customer expectations with product capabilities.• Financial Responsibility o Ensure timely payment collection from customers and support credit control processes.• Training & Product Knowledge o Undergo production and product training to gain a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of our offerings. o Continuously update knowledge on products, applications, and industry standards.• Travel Requirements o Conduct domestic and overseas trips to maintain relationships with key accounts and explore potential opportunities.

・Average 1m, not more than 4m salary based.
