Compliance (Pharma Industry)• Oversee compliance programs relating to interactions with HCPs, promotional activities, and internal SOPs.• Ensure adherence to relevant industry codes such as the Malaysian Code of Conduct for the Pharmaceutical Industry.• Conduct or coordinate compliance training for internal staff.• Maintain strong governance across all business support functions.5. Human Resources Leadership• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.• Work closely with the HR Executive to ensure alignment with company policies and labour regulations.• Strengthen company culture, engagement initiatives, and talent development programs.6.
