  • 工作内容

    ・Prepare and sharing of technical presentations on how a product works and solves a customer’s specific problem
    ・Work with existing customers to understand their needs and perhaps design a customized setup or "spec" to solve problems
    ・Communicate and coordinate with head office for purchases, technical and administration support required facilitating the customers' requirements
    ・Communicate and updating to department head to ensure that sales and customer objective are met
    ・Handle the technical details of Requests for Proposals and provide accurate data for official quotations
    ・To develop the sales and market/product presence for the Malaysia market to maximize sales revenues and meeting corporate objectives
    ・Provide feedback from the field to the R&D or Product team to help improve future versions of the product

资格

  • 任职资格

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Candidate must be graduated with Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
    ・Over 2 years of manufacturing or industrial sales experience
    ・Must have good salesmanship and good communication skill
    ・Candidate must be willing to travel and must flexible to work in within Malaysia region & overseas if support required.
    ・Owning a car vehicle is a MUST

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Added advantage if candidate have experience in front end manufacturing process machine such as UV, Laminators, Mounters, or Detapers

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Proven strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work independently and coordinate across various group and functional teams
    ・Good written and verbal communication listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    ・Good time management skills and problem-solving skills

    ・Basic Salary = RM 4,500 ~ RM 6,000
    ・AL: 8 days (increase based on service year)
    ・MC: <2Y 14d, 2~5Y 18d, >5Y 22d
    ・Car Allowance (rate is differ base on region and position)
    ・Outstation Allowance (rate is differ base on distance, region and position)
    ・Mileage (rate is differ base on distance, region and position)
    ・Medical Claim: RM1,000/year (claim basis)
    ・Optical Allowance: RM 500/2 years (after 2 years employment)
    ・Dental Allowance: RM500/year
    ・Insurance: Group Medical Insurance, Group PA
