    == Finance & Accounting ==
    - Experience and willing to hands on all all accounting matters.
    - Perform monthly closing & full sets of accounts: GL, AP, AR, balance sheet stock control, bank reconciliation within datelines. Prepare monthly journal, voucher, debit note, & credit note related to general accounting.
    - Yearly/ Quarterly budget plan preparation/ review.
    - Cash flow forecasting for monthly, quarterly basis.
    - Credit Management.
    - Maintain asset registration and depreciation schedule.
    - Management of Account Receivable and Payable.
    - Prepare all HQ reporting in monthly basis
    - Ensure monthly forex exposure within limit.
    - Ensure all forex transactions are forward booked and secured.
    - Manage of short terms loans to meet cash flow and interest cost saving.
    - Manage of debtor collection and prepare monthly debtor statement.
    - Ensure all payments to trade/general suppliers on time.
    - Maintain cash book in a daily basis.
    - Liaise with auditors and tax agents for all relevant matters.
    - Review/ cross check of all cheques issued, and payment make.
    - Prepare of monthly sales and related reports.
    - Monitoring and control of SGA expenses.
    - Coordination of yearly audit exercise & stock count exercise.
    - Coordinate all relevant reports with Japan headquarters.
    - Liaise with Banks for all related issues.
    - Liase with Consultants on Audit, Tax and Transfer Pricing preparation.
    - Monitor and ensure E Invoicing compliance, and ensure accounting system pairing with middleware.

    == Human Resource ==
    - Prepare of monthly payroll & related reports.
    - Manage & liaise with payroll company.
    - Review resume and conduct interviews.
    - Contact & liaise with recruitment agencies for all recruitment matters.
    - Manage & liaise with agencies for all expatriates’ issues.

    == Administration ==
    - Manage of all general administrative works in office.
    - Liaise with Company Secretary for all related issues.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・5 to 10 years of working experience in hands-on full set accounting.
    ・Proficiency in Microsoft Offices and Accounting software is a must.
    ・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an added advantage.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Demonstrate strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various parties.
    ・Exhibit independence, strong sense of responsibility, and a positive working attitude. Thrive both independently and as part of a team.
