  <Requirements>
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, or inventory control
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead complex projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in resolving delivery bottlenecks and coordinating escalated issues.
  • Familiar with inventory management strategies, particularly in managing slow-moving stock.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and adapt to evolving business needs.
