  1)Minimize downtime: Reducing unplanned breakdowns and increasing the availability of the equipment through effective maintenance strategies.
  2)Improvement equipment performance: Enhancing the efficiency and the longevity of machinery and systems.
  3)Preventive maintenance: Developing, implementing and overseeing required preventive measures
  4)Implementing MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTTB (Mean Time To Breakdown) .
  5)Technical Documentation: Ensuring accurate and up -to- date technical documentation, including equipment manual, drawings and maintenance tools.
  6)Budgeting and cost control: Assisting in the development of the maintenance department’s budget , forecasting project costs , and managing expenditures effectively.
  7)Cost optimization: identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance costs without compromising equipment reliability or safety.
  8)Vendor management : Working with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, equipment repair, and spareparts.
