    < Job Summary >
    Facilities Management (FM) is responsible for supporting Country HR Admin Managers with the effective planning, coordination, delivery, execution, and oversight of site based in-scope facilities management and workplace support services for the assigned site/s and/or locations.
    This will primarily be associated with keeping the assigned portfolio compliant (with all relevant laws, regulations, and applicable policies and guidelines), project management, office renovations, safe, healthy and in a well-maintained and serviceable condition in keeping with the specific requirements and expectations.

    • Conduct morning checks on the facilities in the office.
    • Act as an interface with stakeholders for other regions (Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines/Malaysia/Singapore).
    • Being the point of contact for FM and building management/landlord.
    • Assist with tactical planning for the facilities team’s goals and objectives.
    • Manage & maintain facility management tasks as assigned.
    • Ensure appropriate follow-up with HQ and Regional local lead/representatives on data collections and coordination on key activity plans.
    • Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall suer workplace experience and satisfaction.
    • Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget.
    • Work with team members to identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues.
    • Help support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings.
    • Assist management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary.
    • Support requests associated with Management, Operations and Financial audits.
    • Reporting to Regional HQ on facility related projects and updates as and when required.

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・5–8 years of work experience in Property Management / Asset Management / Inventory Management / Facility Management / OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Management in corporate and/or commercial office environment.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
    ・Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
    ・Solid grasp of financial processes, including end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
    ・A degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Facilities Management / Property Management / Hospitality / Engineering.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Able to present complex ideas clearly, using written, visual and financial data to support decisions.
    ・Confident presenter with experience leading meetings and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
    ・Strong interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external relationships effectively.
