  5. Liaise with Engineering, Operations, Production, etc., to ensure product availability and acceptance.
  6. Report Marketing and Sales Results to Top Management and Senior Management.
  7. Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members.
  8. Prepare a Company Business Plan based on Customer Information and Market Forecast.
  9. Ensure submit reports on time to Japan Head Quarter.
