• 工作内容

  ▪Involved and understand existing process (incoming / stamping / plating / molding), product specification and system very well.
  ▪Closely follow up with product development team to understand upcoming new project trial run and qualification status.
  ▪Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resources once the project is qualified and ready for production.
  ▪Coordinate and manage projects with individual departments and third-party suppliers / vendors.
  ▪Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  ▪Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  ▪Track actual production performance (speed, efficiency, yield) vs standard, establish improvement plan to actual doesn’t meet standard.
  ▪Report and escalate to management as needed.
  ▪Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  ▪Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  ▪Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
  ▪Conduct project status meetings and prepare regular project reports.
  ▪Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  ▪Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs.
  ▪Initiate improvements / cost down to existing processes and practices.
  ▪Stay updated with the latest project management tools, techniques, and trends.
