工作内容

-Develop and present detailed design concepts, including floor plans, flow layout, colourschemes, material selections, and 3D visuals.-Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Partners to understand client needs, budgetlimitations, and spatial constraints.-Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and support the sales processwith impactful visuals and professional input.-Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements to ensure proposed designs arepractical and aligned with site conditions.-Assist in preparing shop drawings for customized furniture elements and coordinate withthe Procurement team for furniture and fixture selection.-Contribute to final project presentations, ensuring design intent is clearly communicatedand professionally delivered.
