  For the job of ensuring the loading of palm kernel shells (biomass fuel) from Malaysia for a major Japanese client and ensuring the inventory and procurement of biomass fuel, here is a job description:
  
  ■Admin Responsibilities:
  -Document creation and record management related to operations.
  -Managing and coordinating the schedule of incoming shipments.
  -Proposing efficiency improvements and enhancements in cargo handling processes.
  
  ■Cargo Handling Responsibilities:
  -Supervising cargo handling operations and reporting status to clients.
  -Checking for foreign objects under the ship's bottom before cargo arrival and reporting to clients.
  -Confirming and negotiating schedules and procedures with cargo handling companies.
  -Inventory management, negotiations with supplier companies, and reporting to clients.
  
  ■Business trip
  Melaka・Klang・Kuantan・Ipo・Bintulu（Sarawak）・Kota Kinabalu（Sabah） minimum 3days to 2 weeks.
