  Position Summary
  - Lead npi team to make new development projects time to market for achieving customers’ satisfaction and earning more new business opportunities.
  - Responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and coaching other NPI team members.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Proactively working with multi-function team members and leading the NPI team to achieve the on-time sample delivery with the required quality and schedule fulfillment
  - Dealing with a variety of issues happened during NPI process
  - Being a communication bridge between external customers and internal team members
  - Participate entirely all project’s cost audit and lean production driving on mass production
  - Running project as internal project management flow
  
  Principle Accountabilities
  - Support Sales to achieve the sales target
  - Monitor project plan and new materials cost verification
  - Communication within NPI cross-function teams
  - Coordinate and deploy NPI resource
  - Control new product development schedule, budget, and cost
  - Host external/internal meetings
  - Customer relationship maintenance
  - Achieve departmental KPIs
  - Potential management risks assessment and escalation
