工作内容
1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to acquire new customers through social media outreach, third-party platforms, and influencer collaborations, driving increased sign-up traffic and achieving marketing targets.
2. Plan and monitor marketing campaigns and conduct comprehensive analysis to evaluate campaign performance and ensure adherence to budget.
3. Analyze conversion funnels, generate reports on audience demographics, and measure the success of social media projects in lead generation and conversion rates.
4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, technologies, and competitors, providing actionable insights for improvement.
资格
应征条件
1. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in strategising and optimising paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platform.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino or other language is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Possesses commercial awareness and sensitive to numbers.
