  ・Daily production management including evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve precision cleaning processes, optimize process quality and costs.
  ・Cost and budget control including CAPEX and OPEX.
  ・Supervise and provide training to junior engineer to setup a production team.
  ・Establish & lead the compliance and adherence of ISO/EHS procedures.
  ・Manpower management and schedule management to ensure timely cleaning delivery.
  ・Responsible to drive the continuous improvement plan.
