    Job Responsibilities
    • Responsible to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Manufacturing, Planning, Store and Logistic and Supply Chain Management (procurement) to meet the company's quality objectives.
    • Responsible in developing, implementing, managing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPls) for Manufacturing, Planning, Store/Logistic and Supply Chain Management (Procurement) departments to the Management.
    • Set department objectives and key performance indicators (KPls), review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports for each area of responsibility.
    • Communicate key performance indicators (KPls) from the strategic annual plan to the team to ensure awareness among the team.
    • Responsible to ensure that the overall operation function operates in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to make sure the safety and wellbeing of the employees and visitors.
    • To resolve problems encountered in the operations and work on continuous improvement.
    • Provide regular feedback on employees' performance and address performance issues.
    • Produce written reports for each area of responsibility and present to the top management.
    • Ensure the target productivity level of Manufacturing, Planning, Store/Logistic and Supply Chain Management (Procurement) departments are achieved on a daily basis.
    • Manage and lead the teams, ensuring adequate manpower levels, adequate training, employee development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues, and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity.
    • Prepare the annual budget and forecasts and capital expenditure proposals and hold responsibility for Manufacturing, Planning, Store/Logistic and Supply Chain Management (Procurement) departments’ budgets.
    • Responsible for achieving monthly forecast, revenue, and profitability.
    • Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
    • To implement the continuous improvement process and identify the Critical Success Factors and implement the KPls based on QLTC.
    • To ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
    • Reporting on the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and on opportunities for improvement in particular to Quality Management Representative (QMR) and/or Managing Director (MD).
    • To ensure that integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained when the changes to the Quality Management System (QMS) are planned and implemented.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing or equivalent 10 years or more of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A dynamic person with vast knowledge in all areas related to the Operations function.
    • Strong understanding of contract manufacturing processes, production planning, logistics, procurement, financial management, and people management.
    • A person who is sensitive and proactive towards the Profit & Loss for the Company.
    • Demonstrate ability to lead a diverse team of manufacturing workers and executives.
    • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
    • A self-starter, motivated and able to positively motivate others.
    • Ability to effectively utilize relevant tools, applications and systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.
    • Must be able to perform under stress and take up challenges.
    • Possess excellent leadership and people management skills.
    • Embrace continuous learning and self-development.
