• 工作内容

  - To ensure project timeline are meeting.
  - Oversee toolmakers responsible for conducting assembly of tools & test run.
  - Participate in new project development.
  - Manpower arrangement/ call in OT support.
  - Inform Planner if there are any changes of tool setup press does not follow as plan.
  - Responsible for carrying out new/ transferred tool improvement before release to production.
  - To train new toolmaker to handle new/ maintenance of tool.
  - To lead in new/ transferred tool buy-off.
  - Support all First Article Inspection requirement for tooling.
  - Stop press if there is any quality issue.
  - Trigger to order spare parts.
  - To communicate with Design Engineer for drawing updating.
  - Coaching, Counseling & Disciplining employee.
  - Participate in CIP.
  - To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
