  • Establish and maintain an effective corporate and local training curriculum (e.g. Compliance and Privacy SOPs and policies based on Otsuka Group Global Policies and guidelines, applicable laws and regulations (including the local industry code)) for the market in both pharma and nutraceutical businesses
  • Identify training needs and provide regular trainings to relevant functions on referring to both Otsuka Group Global Policies and local training curriculum, and ensure completion of Compliance and Privacy training program
  • Lead Compliance committee and ensure regular meetings as a key body for Compliance risk assessment and mitigation
  • Perform Compliance risk-assessment required for the markets in partnership with Global Compliance
  • Develop, implement and operate risk mitigation activities related to key priorities as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and implement monitoring plan as required in view of business needs
  • Proactively review monitoring results together with BU leads and support them to adjust strategies and ensure adequate remediation
  • Support the company in understanding and proactively mitigating compliance risks associated with third parties
  • Support the completion of adequate risk-based due diligence and the tasks as required by policies and SOPs
  • Operate and maintain the employee hotline reporting desk (i.e. promote the hotline, supervise/conduct investigations, and oversee corrective measures).
  • Provide guidance to the business functions regarding the Compliance and Privacy policies etc.
  • Ensure that all business activities with HCPs/HCOs/GOs are submitted and reviewed according to local compliance requirements.
  • Support initiatives of Global Compliance and Global Privacy Office.
  • To be the responsible Data Protection Officer for Singapore & Malaysia
