  Job Summary:
  - Plan and direct the planning and warehouse operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of finished goods to meet customer and the business requirement.
  - Plan and execute end to end Supply chain strategy and manage voice of customer.
  - Working closely with Customer Service Management to improve customer service and expectation.
  - Plan and execute infrastructure planning to optimize Supply Chain network and drive Supply Chain excellent within all manufacturing sites.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Plan strategically operations resources, capabilities and capital investments to meet long term need of business.
  - Oversee and provide direction to Planning and Warehousing Departments to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives and budgets.
  - Optimise the utilization of warehouse and efficient pick system
  - Communicate the company’s vision and values. Facilitate inter-department and inter-function department communications to ensure smooth operation. Drive engagement and cross functional culture change within the SC function
  - Evaluate, recommend and direct the implementation of innovation activities in planning and warehouse and customer care.
  - Evaluate, recommend and direct the implementation of cost optimization projects.
  - Evaluate and implement operations excellence through enhancement of systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality or service level and cost optimisation.
  - Oversee and direct planner, warehouse and shipping.
  - Liaise with external parties (3PL) to optimise Waehouse cost
  - Liaise and assist in negotiation of 3PL agreements and contracts.
  - Manage and support external 3rd party imports,
  - Liaise and assist in the supply terms of finished goods supplied and contract-packed by external suppliers (3PL).
  - Coach and develop staff team in areas of technical and operational requirements.
  - Develop and support an end to end Supply Chain linking all cross functional areas
  - Develop operational and business synergies with others departments.
  - Support People, Plant and competency build
  - Establish and Manage OPEX/CAPEX budget
  - Drive 5 S and Safety within the Warehouse and 3PL
  - Drive ERP system to achieve continuous improvement in planning and scheduling and Warehouse Management
  System (WMS)
