工作内容
1. Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive
digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business goals, such as
generating leads, or boosting sales.
2. Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging
and relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media
platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles,
including creating content calendars, posting updates, responding to
comments, and engaging with the online community.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure
to improve organic search engine rankings and increase visibility on search
engine results pages (SERPs).
5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising
campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising (e.g.,
Facebook Ads), and other online advertising networks.
6. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to
nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain communication with
customers.
7. Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital
marketing campaigns using various tools and platforms. Use data insights to
make informed decisions and optimize strategies for better results.
8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement on our
sales
9. Digital Advertising: Manage digital advertising efforts, including display ads,
retargeting, and affiliate marketing, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
10. Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the online
reputation of the brand, addressing customer feedback, reviews, and
comments.
11. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors'
strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure the company
remains competitive in the digital landscape.
12. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments,
such as sales, design, and content teams, to align digital marketing efforts
with overall business objectives.
13. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for various digital
marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
