  • Leading and managing the Purchasing, Logistics, Custom Compliance and Warehouse sections by defining, implementing and developing Supply Chain strategies and systems.
  • Create & deliver supply strategies to ensure continued Compliant, High Quality, Secure & Cost Competitive products & services are supplied to the company, and to support the aims & aspirations of the company's business units.
  • Implementing Supply Chain systems and procedures to improve cost efficiency and formulate strategy for cost reduction activities and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure all purchases are in compliant to Company Policies and Procedures and the approved Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Develop supply chain to reduce lead time and cost, including optimize the overall cost of materials and ensure that materials supply matches demand.
  • Attend to all customs and bank formalities and comply with procedures / regulations made from time to time.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements for the import/export of shipments.
  • Maintain close liaison with Operations and other Support departments to ensure sufficient supply and availability of all required production goods to avoid disruptions in Operations.
  • Maintain certification on Dangerous / Hazardous / Restricted Goods Regulations to ensure smooth shipment of dangerous / hazardous/ restricted articles/materials goods to all locations.
  • Take full responsibilities for the smooth usage of automated and computerized systems.eg. Oracle.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Support directly or indirectly in relation to EHS requirements
