• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Must be Independent, Initiative and possess good attitudes

Technical Support & Maintenance:• Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote technical support during and post-deployment phases.• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on systems to ensure optimal uptime.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving DICOM, HL7, network, and system performance.3. Client Engagement & Customization:• Engage directly with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective configurations and solutions.• Customize systems to meet clinical workflow and compliance needs based on site-specific requirements.4.
