• 工作内容

  1. To develop and oversee control systems in order to identify, prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines, internal policies, and/or certification requirements.
  2. To review, draft, modify and implement Standard Operating Procedures to manage production related risks and/or non-conformance issues.
  3. Develop and implement internal production quality standards.
  4. To liaise with Production team to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and Standards are well-communicated, practiced and enforced at all times during production.
  5. Participate, manage and lead audits by local and foreign regulatory bodies whenever necessary.
  6. To train, guide, impart, and empower technical team to supervise and ensure compliance of production processes to internal and external standards.
  7. Evaluate the efficiency of existing controls and improve them on continual basis.
  8. Collaborate with technical consultants to monitor amendments and/or updates of enforcement standards and regulations.
  9. Performs routine and/or unannounced audits of suppliers and business partners whenever necessary.
  10. Provide technical advice and assistance to quality and food safety management of business partners.
  11. To oversee, lead and supervise staffs assigned to manage R&D projects; including and not limited to, product and process development, project management, R&D inventory and sample management, and ensuring all new products developed meet technical, price and production parameters.
  12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  13. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  14. Authority to immediately stop production line due to quality, food safety and/or health and safety concerns.
  15. Issuance of notice for product recalls subjected to approval by higher management.
  16. Represent the company to meet suppliers or other parties to discuss and draft up proposals to improve compliance of processes, and efficiency, effectivity and/or quality of finished products.
  17. Represent the company to respond in product quality complaints.
  18. Management of Technical team to ensure responsibilities of the department are fully carried out.
  19. Experience dealing with Minister of Health officer / Department of Veterinary Services officer or other relevant government bodies
