  - Responsible for IT security compliance engineer involves ensuring that an organization's IT systems and processes are compliant with industry and government regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures related to information security.
  1. Conducting security assessments and audits to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
  2. Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to comply with industry and government regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI-DSS
  3. Providing guidance and training to employees on security policies and procedures 4. Monitoring and investigating potential security incidents and breaches
  5. Developing and implementing strategies to remediate security issues
  6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in security regulations and industry standards and adjusting the organization's security compliance program accordingly.
  7. Work closely with other members of the organization, such as IT teams, legal departments, and senior management, to ensure that the organization is meeting its security compliance obligations.
