  - Under the design framework of HQ, participate the implementation, operation and maintenance of the main business system projects (including but not limited to ERP, MES, WMS, SRM, etc.)
  - Team management, promote and improve team efficiency
  - Organize and submit work plan of the team
  - Prepare proper document and report of the project process
  - Responsible for communicating requirements, implementation and problems with the PIC from HQ;
  - Optimize the business system operation, maintenance and related process improvement
  - Deal with problems in daily ERP/WMS/MES/SRM system use
  - Make the record with proper documentation on daily high frequency of difficult problems with the problem handling methods
  - Complete any other job assignments required by the immediate superior or the management from time to time
