  • 工作内容

    • Manage various groups of Facility engineers and technicians such as Electrical & Operation team, Mechanical & Maintenance team, Building Maintenance Team and Coolant Filtration team, etc.
    • To advice facility engineers on unplanned downtime or breakdowns and troubleshooting for all facility systems.
    • Responsible for all the upgrading and modification projects related to facility department.
    • Manage the subordinates in performing their routine jobs and provide effective training and motivation through clear communication.
    • Drive all the facility engineers in continuous improvement projects.
    • Drive for cost effectiveness for operation & maintenance of all facilities equipment and systems.
    • Drive the engineers to achieve the department KPI and comply with all ISO requirements.
    • Working closely with SEB/SESCO/KWB/BOMBA/DOSH/DOE and other government agencies on the every matter related to facility

资格

  • 应征条件

    • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Possess good interaction and manageable skills and able to share and transfer knowledge.
    • Working knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MSWord.
    • Degree or Master in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Possess good inter-personal skills with ability to interact well with customers, contractors, consultants, and staff of all levels.
    • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility & commitment towards work.
    • Ability to manage a large group of people/staff.
    • Ability to act decisively and with confidence.
