  • Lead and supervise a team comprise of logistics and product registration staffs towards company goals.
  • Responsible to achieve budget and KPIs defined by the Company.
  • Plan, analyse and forecast to maintain optimum stock position at warehouse and outlets to ensure product availability in the right quantity and at the right time. Includes input across departments and principal.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders for import/export activities
  • Ensure smooth inventory arrival and delivery on time, accurately.
  • Manage and maintain product master for all SKUs
  • Investigate and resolve any issues which prevent achieving defined budget and KPI.
  • Manage provision forecasts related to sales and stocks.
  • Collect consumer feedback and report to principal.
  • Any other duties assigned as and when needed
