• 工作内容

  1. The SHE Managers is responsible for developing safety and environmental management policies, coordinating training programs, and investigating workplace incidents. In essence, he/she must develop, execute and control to obtain an effective organizational safety and environment culture
  2. Ensure all the mill operation activities are in compliance with DOSH & DOE regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure adoption, compliance and deployment of HIRARC, CHRA, CIMAH, ERP etc.
  4. Conduct regular audit on safety, health and environment (SHE) practices and determine on areas of shortfall (Risk Management)
  5. Develop affirmative plan, program and training to address areas of shortfall
  6. To target “Zero” SHE related incidents such as Zero LTI
  7. Revise and improve on existing SHE’s SOPs to ensure relevance and effectiveness to address shortfall and to minimize business risk
  8. Provide leadership and support to the Safety & Health and Environment department managers
  9. Keeping abreast with the latest SHE development in Malaysian Regulation and ensuring participation in any proposed changes to minimize business risks.
  10. Plan, prepare and obtain certification for OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 environmental management system.
  11. Maintain communication with local DOSH and DOE authorities to promote a positive image for the company.
  12. To carry out other relevant SHE duties as directed by the Company Management
