    Main Role : Receiving inquiries from existing clients and liaising with them. Main clients are insurance/leasing/rental car companies and the company is obtaining the damaged cars after car accidents or spoiling.
    In the future this position is expected to find the new clients as well.

    Job Description
    - Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
    - Performing administrative tasks, answering phones, scheduling meetings with clients and suppliers, etc. (very sometimes maybe have entertain)
    - Driving sales and lead the team to achieve the sales target
    - Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
    - Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
    - Working with managers to learn departmental needs and goals.
    - Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
    - Delivering reports to management teams and Director to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
    - Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Education background : Doesn't matter
    - Work experience as sales / indoor sales / customer service
    - Language : English and Mandarin
    - Willing to chase the team target to achieve

附加信息

  • 福利制度

    Salary Package : RM 4,000 - RM 4,500
    - Transportation allowance : Up to RM 100
    - Car park : company will arrange
    - Incentive : entitled every month if the team achieved the target (only valid after probation, average around RM1,000-RM1,500)

    - If need to visit client sometimes, all the petrol/toll/carpark fee is claimable
